DIETING MYTH VS REALITY

But here is the myth buster. Dieting is not about eating less. Many people around you think that to eat less and then we will be able to lose weight. But the truth is eating less is not the right thing. Eating a balanced meal is actually the right way to do dieting. When you do starve your body is actually in a calorie deficit which means that when you eat foods that are lesser in calories. When this happens, you do not always lose weight, and also eating less will decrease your body’s vitamins and minerals causing any deficiencies and making you unhealthy.
