3 oatmeal recipes for a healthy body

    1)  Oatmeal with peanut butter and banana




This recipe is easy and quick and can be made in minutes so our office-going people love this one.


# Ingredients

-         2 cups of water

-         2 cups rolled oats

-         Pinch of salt

-         Sliced bananas

-         Some chopped almonds

-         Agave syrup/maple syrup

#How to cook?

-         In a saucepan, put water and bring it to boil after that add oats and a pinch of salt, cook for 5-7 minutes, and keep stirring occasionally.

-         Now pour it into a bowl and add almonds, bananas, peanut butter, and agave/maple syrup and combine evenly. If the oats are too dense add milk and top it with some almonds.

Isn’t it easy? Also, you can add any fruit instead of banana and enjoy the healthy food



 2)  Oatmeal pancakes with cinnamon apples

#Ingredients

-         ½ cup buttermilk

-         ¾ cup rolled oats

-         ¾ cup whole wheat flour

-         2 tbsp milk

-         1 tbsp melted butter

-         ½ tbsp baking powder and baking soda

-         Pinch of cinnamon

-         Pinch of nutmeg

-         Apples

-         ½ cup apple juice

-         2 tbsp brown sugar

-         Butter

-         Confectioner’s sugar

# How to cook?

-         Take a large bowl and combine buttermilk, oats, flour, milk, butter, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir and set aside for a few minutes. 

-         In a saucepan combine peeled apples, apple juice, brown sugar, and remaining cinnamon and bring it to a simmer, cook it till the apples soften and the liquid thickens.

-         Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and heat a non-stick flat skillet. On medium heat, add butter before every round and scoop ¼ cup portion of batter and with a spatula spread the batter thinly into a circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes until small bubbles form then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Put the pancakes into a plate and top it up with warm juicy apples and confectioner’s sugar and enjoy this healthy food recipe.


  3)  Pear cardamom oats smoothy




The aroma of cardamom is the highlight of this smoothy with loaded health benefits. 

#Ingredients

-         ½ pear

-         ¼ cup of rolled oats

-         1 cup plant-based or vegan milk

-         ½ cup ice

-         2 tbsp honey

-         ¼ cardamom
